Scattered Showers, Cloudy Skies Likely

A weak cold front will bring cloudy skies and a chance of scattered showers through the weekend.
Forecasters said the new wet weather pattern, the result of moist air flowing off the Pacific, was expected to start Thursday night and linger until Monday morning.
“There is enough moisture in the atmosphere to cause light showers, especially in the mountains,” said Clint Simpson, a meteorologist with the National Weather Service.
The cold front will also bring a dip in temperatures, with overnight lows expected in the 40s and daytime temperatures in the low 60s.
