The Foothill Communities Assn. will hold its annual meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at Hewes Middle School, 13232 Ave., Santa Ana. County Supervisor Todd Spitzer will be the guest speaker and will discuss the state of North Tustin followed by a question-and-answer session.
