Senior Officer Mike Becker and fifth-grade students from the DARE program will speak at the monthly Kiwanis Club meeting at noon Tuesday at Abilene Rose, 10830 Warner Ave. The students will be presenting skits and sharing with what they are learning in the program. The program, sponsored by the Police Department, aims to give students the resources and confidence to resist gangs, drugs and violence.
