I would like to thank Mike Downey for his March 22 column on Dr. Laura Schlessinger. Once again it is illustrated that when one has nothing of substance to say it is easiest just to resort to name-calling. I don’t always agree with Dr. Laura’s views but defend her right to speak out. The idea of tolerance in a free society applies to all, not just the politically correct.
