The Police Department and Fountain Valley High School will present “Every 15 Minutes” on Tuesday and April 5. The program challenges youths to think about drinking, personal safety, driving habits and responsibility. The title, said Jim Perry of the Police Department, comes from the fact that every 15 minutes someone in the United States dies in an alcohol-related traffic accident.
