The Planning Commission will team with the Parks and Recreation Commission Thursday to review a preliminary plan for the redevelopment of the El Toro Road commercial area.
The city’s redevelopment plan could call for dramatic restructuring of the El Toro Road from Interstate 5 to about Jeronimo Road.
The commissions will meet at 7 p.m. at Lake Forest City Hall, 23161 Lake Center Drive.
