The City Council will review strategies for the West Chapman Study Area during its 4 p.m. meeting today at 300 E. Chapman Ave. The city wants to revitalize the 50 acres along the north and south sides of Chapman Avenue, bounded by the Orange Freeway on the west and Main Street on the east.
