The Traffic Commission will meet at 7 tonight in the council chambers at City Hall, 27841 La Paz Road. The agenda includes three public hearings, including the installation of no-parking signs in the La Hermosa area, west of Niguel Road. Commissioners will also discuss the center and edge lines for Weatherwood and concerns about speeding on Niguel Road and Weatherwood.
