San Francisco Firm Buys Huntington Land

Village Builders 98 LP in San Francisco bought a 36,000-square-foot parcel in Huntington Beach for $2.5 million to build a store for Walgreen Pharmacy.

The seller, VFT Investments in Huntington Beach, said in a press release that the new store on the southwest corner of Beach Boulevard and Yorktown Avenue is scheduled to be completed late this summer.
