Racing dachshunds will upstage the racehorses during the fourth annual Wiener Nationals, benefiting the Seal Beach Animal Care Center, at Los Alamitos Race Course at 6 p.m. Saturday. The event takes place around regularly scheduled horse racing. Tickets are $3 and include grandstand seating and paddock area admission. Information: (714) 827-8285.
