Mayor Guy Carrozzo is hosting his monthly Mayor’s Breakfast in the Saltzer Conference Room at Fountain Valley Regional Hospital and Medical Center from 8 to 9 a.m. Thursday.
A speech on World War II will be presented by David Lester, who served with the 30th Infantry “Old Hickory” Division at the Battle of the Bulge. He earned two Bronze Stars.
