Brown & Brown Acquires DSD Insurance of Calabasas

DSD Insurance of Calabasas has been acquired by Brown & Brown of California, a wholly owned subsidiary of Brown & Brown of Daytona Beach, Fla. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Brown & Brown provides a broad range of insurance products and services, as well as risk management, employee benefit administration, and managed health care services throughout the U.S. The merger marks the company’s entry into the California market.
