The Santa Margarita Water District will host a program called Water Wisdom Day from 9 a.m. to noon Oct. 21 at Lowe’s Home Improvement store. The Water District will hand out gift bags containing a water saver kit, water nozzles and water bottles, and conservation experts will be on hand to give advice and answer questions.
Lowes Home Improvement is at 3481 Avenida de las Flores.
