Keith Cos. Wraps Up Crosby Mead Purchase

The Keith Cos. Inc., a Costa Mesa engineering and consulting services company, said Monday that it has completed its acquisition of privately held Crosby Mead Benton & Associates. Terms were not disclosed.

Keith Cos., which has 500 employees, said in a press release that Crosby is an engineering firm with 65 employees specializing in land development design, infrastructure design and landscape architecture.

Crosby operates mainly in Los Angeles and San Diego counties.
