* Since I started voting 22 years ago, I’ve noticed that every Republican presidential candidate promises fair tax cuts, yet every Republican president favors the wealthy. Contrast this against what Gore has done to rein in the flagrant government overspending that ran amok during the Reagan/Bush years and the answer should be obvious: Putting another Bush in office will undo all the good that has been done for our national economy. I can’t believe people will vote for George W. Bush. They must have amnesia.
