A third annual Halloween festival will be held from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct. 29 at Orange County Market Place, 88 Fair Drive. Features include a traditional pumpkin patch, trick-or-treating, giant pumpkin weight guessing and a Halloween-themed car show. Information: (949) 723-6616.
