The City Council recently approved a change to an agreement with the Orange County Transportation Authority which maintains eligibility for Measure M-funded projects. Measure M is the half-cent transportation sales tax approved by voters in 1990. The agreement calls for about $6 million in projects over the next two years. A large portion of the projects call for improvements to Katella Avenue, Los Alamitos Boulevard and Bloomfield Street.
