When will the media, Gov. Gray Davis and the state Legislature wake up? The real reason we have electrical power shortages and rising costs is that we have an insufficient number of power plants. Why don’t we remove the roadblocks to the construction of new power plants? If we do not take action soon, the current electrical power problems will just continue to grow.
