The Planning Commission on Wednesday approved a drive-through window for a proposed Taco Bell restaurant in the Target shopping center off Tustin Street. Century Fast Foods Inc. plans to demolish the vacant bank now occupying the spot and build a Taco Bell and, possibly, a Koo-Koo-Roo restaurant in its place. The two restaurants would share an outside dining area.
