MPEG Super Site, Nevada Firm Merging

MPEG Super Site Inc., a Lake Forest entertainment-content and artist-management company, said Friday that it has agreed to merge with Stuart Communications Corp. in Nevada, which owns The Billiard Channel and Thebilliardchannel.com. Terms of the stock swap were not disclosed. The company name will be changed to Colosseum Sports and Entertainment Inc.
