Softub Buys Back Co-Founder’s Stock

Softub Inc., Chatsworth, has repurchased the corporate stock held by Roc Fleishman, one of the three founders of the company. He had served as vice president of technology at Softub and as general manager of parent company Variel Health International.
Variel manufactures home spa products. Softub manufactures soft-sided hot tubs.
