ICG CEO, 2 Directors Quit

ICG Communications Inc. said its chief and two directors quit, a day after the provider of telephone and Internet service warned of lower sales. Chairman and Chief Executive Carl Vogel and board members Gary Howard and Thomas Hicks, all of whom joined the executive committee last month to represent ICG investors Liberty Media Corp. and Hicks Muse Tate & Furst Inc., gave no reason for their resignations. Shares of ICG fell 78 cents to 88 cents in heavy Nasdaq trading.
