* Reading a Sept. 13 letter with sarcastic references to state Sen. Tom Hayden prompts me to answer. No one can deny that writer the right to his opinion, but has he taken the time to review Hayden’s record? I think Hayden’s integrity, intelligence and honesty of purpose would be seen as far above too many who claim to represent “the people.”
