The Planning Commission has approved construction of an Outback Steakhouse restaurant at El Capitan Way and Beach Boulevard, the site of a Coco’s restaurant that has been closed for several years. The developers of the Outback Steakhouse will demolish the Coco’s building and build a new one. Eventually, the restaurant will also include takeout service.
