The Planning Commission continued two public hearings at its meeting Tuesday until Oct. 10.
The commission will consider allowing Capistrano Ford to construct a 25-foot monument sign in front of its business.
The commission also postponed considering a request for a 6,700-square-foot office building with underground parking at Ortega Highway near Rancho Viejo Road.
