Boy Suffers Possible Brain Injury at Play

A 10-year-old boy playing basketball suffered a possible brain injury Friday after he was either hit by a ball or ran into other players on a school court, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
Paramedics who arrived at Broadous Elementary School found the boy in a daze with a large contusion on his head.
The boy was taken by helicopter to a hospital.
