4 Die, 17 Injured in Hotel Fire in Paris Tourist Area

A fire engulfed a Paris hotel overlooking the Seine River, killing four people, including two Italian students, and injuring 17.
Investigators detained a man who reportedly ran from the hotel as the fire started about 3 a.m.
About 150 firefighters with 30 trucks fought the blaze at the Hotel du Palais near the Place du Chatelet area, which is popular with tourists.
