* The dot-commers are bellying up to the bread line, the yuppies are learning where the unemployment offices are, the brains of Wall Street are panicking, the bottom is dropping out of the market and the “president-select” is telling us that the economy is going down the tubes. Now, let’s hear the arguments for privatizing Social Security and forcing average workers to handle their own retirement planning.
