Economists, utility operators and state regulators will discuss options for resolving California’s energy crisis at a public forum Tuesday in Montebello. Sponsored by the California Small Business Alliance, the forum also is expected to address the likelihood of electricity shortages this summer and what businesses can do to prepare.
