Tejon, Dermody to Build Distribution Site at Ranch

A partnership formed by Tejon Ranch Co. and Dermody Properties will build a 650,000-square-foot distribution building in the Tejon Industrial Complex in Kern County.
Construction on the building is scheduled to begin in April and is expected to be completed late this year.
The structure will be next to a 1.8-million-square foot distribution center being built for the home-furnishings chain IKEA.
The Tejon Industrial Complex is at the northern edge of the Tejon Ranch property near the junction of Interstate 5 and Highway 99.
