City Section Cancels Cross-Country Meets

City Section officials canceled 12 cross-country meets at Pierce College in Woodland Hills on Monday because of high temperatures.
Also, a Sunset League meet postponed from last week until today because of the heat has been moved from Yorba Regional Park in Anaheim to Huntington Central Park in Huntington Beach, where the temperatures are usually cooler.
