Case Dropped in Grading of Land for Rave Party

Charges were dropped Tuesday against a Quartz Hill man who allegedly leveled someone else’s land for a rave party.
Stanley Edward McCullum, 43, had been charged with felony vandalism. But Deputy Dist. Atty. Flora Podratz said charges were dropped after officials failed to establish criminal intent.
