* Mail: Post offices are closed today, and no mail will be delivered.
* Banks: Banks and savings and loan institutions are closed.
* Courts: Closed.
* Schools: Closed.
* Government: All local, state and federal offices, except those providing emergency services, are closed.
* Transportation: No SCAT bus or Metrolink service today.
* Trash: Today’s pickup will be delayed until tomorrow, and collections will be a day later throughout the week.
