Guided tours of the U.S. Capitol, which were halted after an anthrax scare and partly reinstated in December, have expanded their hours and numbers. Groups of up to 40, instead of the previous 25, are accepted from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday. Free tickets are offered on site on a first-come, first-served basis.
