Kitaen Accuses Nanny of Sabotaging Marriage

Actress Tawney Kitaen has sued her children’s nanny, alleging that the caretaker schemed to end her marriage with professional baseball player Chuck Finley and humiliated Kitaen by posting her drug prescriptions on the Internet, according to court documents.

The lawsuit also names two pharmacies and a pharmacist as defendants, contending that they unlawfully provided the nanny information on Kitaen’s medical prescriptions. Kitaen’s estranged husband filed for divorce and custody of their children in early April, days after Kitaen was charged with attacking Finley during a ride home from dinner.
