Re “2 Rwandan Journalists Convicted in Genocide,” Dec. 4:
The U.N. International Criminal Tribunal says hate speech is a war crime in Rwanda. If it be the case that broadcasting a call to murder Tutsis is a war crime in Rwanda, is it not an identical crime when Israelis are targeted for death by the Arab press and schools?
