Mall Worker Dies After Falling 2 Stories

A Los Angeles man died early Wednesday when he fell from a scaffold at the Mall of Orange, officials said.
Antonio Barrios, 35, was taken to Western Medical Center-Santa Ana, where he underwent surgery but later died from head injuries, coroner’s officials said. He was working on the second floor of the mall about 12:15 a.m. when he slipped from a 2-by-4 and struck his head.
