22-Year-Old Motorist Is Shot to Death

A 22-year-old driver was fatally shot Saturday night, authorities said.
The mortally wounded victim, whose identity has not been released, crashed his car into a building in the 9900 block of Valley Boulevard, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
