Platform Collapse Kills 1, Injures 3 on Interstate

A construction platform fell as four workmen were painting a highway overpass in Detroit, killing one and critically injuring the other three, police said.
The men, who worked for a company contracted by the Michigan Department of Transportation, were working on an overpass of Interstate 75.
