Husband Sought in Woman’s Beating Death

Detectives were looking for the husband of a 24-year-old Boyle Heights woman found beaten to death and wrapped in a blanket at her home in the 300 block of north Indiana Street.
The body of Elizabeth Brenes was found by police at about 3:30 p.m. Monday. Detectives said she may have been attacked by her 30-year-old husband, Carlos Rosales.
