Groups Appeal Ruling Over Newhall Ranch

Environmental groups have appealed a judge’s decision to allow construction of the 21,000-home Newhall Ranch subdivision, an attorney for the groups said Wednesday.
Environmentalists lost their challenge of the Newhall project in October.
