GOP Little Help to Working Class

When I read “Dividend Tax Cut Effect Mixed” (Dec. 29), it struck me that the Republicans have really done it.
If you have to work for a living, you may see a small increase in the size of your paycheck.
But if you don’t have to work for your income, such as receiving dividends, the Republicans make sure that your tax rate is greatly reduced.
