Malibu living only looks like paradise

I have driven by the Malibu Colony guard shack more than a few times and dreamed what it would be like to live in that exclusive enclave. After reading Michele Willens’ story “They Were the Kids of Malibu Colony” [Nov. 4], it no longer has its mystique and allure. Those people have lives mixed with problems and joys, just like the non-financially privileged.
