Prescription for trouble

Instead of extending the deadline for seniors to sign up for Bush’s Medicare prescription plan (Dec. 2), why don’t they just make the plan simpler so that we can understand it? The bureaucrats write this stuff to ensure their future job security. We have to keep them around to explain it to us.
