Colima Governor Among 7 Killed in Plane Crash

Colima state Gov. Gustavo Vazquez Montes, three other state officials, a businessman and a two-man crew were killed in the crash of a small plane in Michoacan state, Mexican officials said.
Interior Minister Santiago Creel did not offer any information on the possible cause of the crash.
Vazquez Montes, 42, had been in office for only about a year after winning a hotly contested election that was held a second time after complaints of improprieties.
