Man Is Burned to Death Outside Acapulco

A 28-year-old man died after being doused with gasoline and set on fire in a crime-stricken neighborhood on the outskirts of the Pacific coast resort of Acapulco, authorities said.
Witnesses said that a group of youths set the man ablaze and that no one intervened.
Police said they were investigating whether gangs were involved.
