County to Buy Water Firm Serving Cedar Glen

The Board of Supervisors on Tuesday set aside $800,000 to buy a water company that serves much of the Cedar Glen area singed in the 2003 Old Fire.
The board intends to form an improvement zone that would buy Arrowhead Manor Water Co., which pipes water to several hundred customers, and upgrade it within five years.
