Holiday Closures

Because New Year’s Day fell on Sunday, the holiday is observed today. The following schedule will be in effect:
Offices: All city, county and federal offices and courts will be closed.
* Mail: There will be no mail delivery, and post offices will be closed.
* Libraries: Libraries will be closed.
* Banks: Banks will be closed.
* Public transportation:
Metrolink trains will not run.
* Trash collection: There will be no trash pickup today, so schedules will be pushed back a day all week.
