CVB Financial Names Christopher Myers CEO

CVB Financial Corp., parent of Citizens Business Bank, named Christopher Myers president and chief executive effective Aug. 1.

He replaces Linn Wiley, 67, who will remain with CVB Financial as a vice chairman.

Myers will also join the board of CVB Financial and Citizens Business Bank and will be granted 50,000 shares of restricted common stock, Ontario-based CVB Financial said. He was most recently chairman and CEO of Los Angeles-based Mellon First Business Bank.
