Girl Admits Killing Mother, Mom’s Friend

A 14-year-old girl will plead no contest to murdering her mother and her mother’s boyfriend and agree to serve at least 32 years in prison, her lawyer said Monday.
Brittney Norris confessed that she shot Regina Powell Norris, 37, and boyfriend Lawrence Norris, 44, on March 6 in the apartment the three shared.
